GreenLight carried out a full M&E Dilapidation and Validation at The Malaysian Embassy’s 8 storey building in Central London.

The report from the validation showed poor upkeep of the installation. GreenLight acted quickly to get the building back up to standard, including a full LED upgrade. An overhaul and replacement of much of the Mechanical Plant, Building Management System, and Air Conditioning Systems all within the original timeframe set by the client.
