About 47 Charing Cross Road
£2.5m conversion to residential apartments compromising of five luxury apartments in Charing Cross Road.
This project is in Central London and comprised of the major refurbishment of an existing five-story building. The works included refurbishing the basement, ground, and first floors back to a restaurant and to convert the second to residential accommodation. GreenLight completed the full M&E for this Design and Build project.

We used a cloud-based system with our live dashboards to provide instant sharing and backup of any certificate. This allowed our team to process information instantly to the desktop manager to review and process the certification with maximum efficiency, also allowing our clients to review, process, and action any urgent remedial work without delay.

St Margaret’s Church
St Margaret’s Development, Finchley
About St Maragaret’s Development
St Margaret’s United Reformed Church is in Finchley. The project consisted of two separate contracts both carried out by GreenLight.
The first contact consists of the internal alterations including the construction of a new mezzanine floor to the existing church building. Additional works included the installation of a new boiler and distribution boards.
GreenLight completed the redesign and installation of brand new LED lighting as well as a complete AV package. A new fire alarm system was introduced to bring the church up to regulations. The Church was completed with underfloor heating and installation of new ductwork and dampers for air circulation into new extension loft space.
The redesign of the church included a new back extension that was fit-out with new kitchens and bathrooms. The extension also including a groundskeepers apartment.

The second contract is the construction of three brand new terraced house consisting of 5/6 bedrooms where GreenLight completed the full MEP package.
Completed to a high specification with Smeg kitchen appliances, fireplace with thermostatic remote control, and Duravit bathrooms with underfloor heating.
