Fit-out of your new space

This means if you have found a new space, but its empty, just a ‘shell and core’ devoid of all services apart from several capped off systems in the main riser cores. With our team of designers, engineers and consultants we can create a space for you that suits your requirements and utilises all the systems on offer to you in the new building.

You have found a new space and it has a lovely sparkly CAT A fit out ready for you to adapt to your needs. Our team can work their magic and create your perfect environment working with the existing building services.

Refurbish your existing or a new space

This means you like the size of your space, the rent is good value and your location is fits your staff. This means we can help you ‘refurbish’ your existing space. You may want a complete new look, to fit in 30 extra staff, or mix up the working environment.  You can stay in-situ while the work is done, we will work outside of your normal working hours or simply decant your teams into zones and free up space for us to work in.  It can be noisy, messy and disruptive but we will work with you to minimise this as much as possible. This means you have an amazing new space. The location is and rent is perfect, but internally it looks nothing like you want it to.  The previous tenant has moved out and left their CAT B fit-out. 

With our bespoke project management system allows you be in the know the whole duration of the project. This includes group chat communication, live project dashboards, order processing, and task management tools.

This cloud-based technology allows our office and site staff to be in immediate communication and process changes, orders, and general progress instantly between managers and operatives to make the whole process run smoothly. With this approach, we can provide a live output for our clients to not just be updated periodically but have the ability to check progress in real-time with one click of a button. We provide a wide range of services in-house to ensure our engineers complete the job to a high quality. This means almost all of our work in your office from design and build to flooring, ceiling, and partition installation to electrical and mechanical is done by our carefully selected, in-house team.
