Hill Place House is located in Wimbledon Village, South West London. GreenLight carried out the MEP fit-out to various floors, Reception, the annex, and newly formed bike store and showers works included new VRF System, LED upgrade, and Main LV distribution. All this was carried out in a live building with tenants still in place.
